3 piece floating ball valve generally is forged design with three part in valve body, it can be both soft seal or metal seal, for small size we can use lever for operation and for big and high pressure 3 piece floating ball valve, we need use gearbox or actuators.
Our floating ball valve can be produce in LF2, F304, F316, Duplex steel, Inconel, Monel and Brass, the size is DN10-DN250, Class is from 150LB-2500LB. 3 piece floating ball valve can be zero leakage for both side. Ball valve is a short stroke valve, can be close/open quickly, so many engineers using it as ESD valve.
